Hmm, maybe we do need a club for cave people. No dues, just carry an imaginery club and vow to beat back the little negative voice in your head. Ask for help when you need it, share stories, celebrate each other's success....etc. (sound familiar??)

I TOTALLY need one of those clubs, especially on my track repeats days!! I'm with ya girl!!
I know what I look like in spandex and it is scary. Leopard print would get me a jail sentence ... but I still like the idea. Just keep saying... I am a runner...I am a runner.
Still like to have you come for a run. My fast run was a once in an eight year fluke.
