It sounds like everything is going well for you and that is always a great thing. Yeah, you are pretty lucky to have your EWFs. Some people might even call them "homies", but I guess we runners wouldn't be cool enough to fall into that group.
I saw Reid's mile challenge and I'm going to try it myself. I've got to admit... I kind of like the sounds of running 1 mile instead of 26.2.
