When I was a little more successful with my diet, I had a little trick called the "One Pound Decision." Any decision could mean the difference of a pound on the scale tomorrow. I realize this might be a bit of a stretch, but it helped me immensely in the moment. I've decided to reinstate the One Pound Decision through out my life. What could I accomplish if I made these decisions with... my husband, my house, my work, my diet, exercise? I plan on having fun finding out!

Dang Blogger! Ok second attempt LOL.
That's cute!
I hear you on the lack of motivation (the post prior). I've been lacking myself. I don't think the weather helps us out any either LOL
This is always a rough time to get through especially this time of year. I do what I can when I can and its never as much as I would like. I'm glad to have the Boston Build up Series that keep me going thru the winter sometimes its wicked cold out there but we do it anyway. Hang in there Nancy you're not alone.
Cute! Who takes the time to invent this stuff? Because I want that job.
I just found your blog - I'm also a non-runner training for my first race (a 10-miler) in April. I will definitely be keeping up with your blog!! Good luck making it through this time of year...it's a tough time to get motivated, I gather.
Seeing this reminds me of highschool/college when we only had dot matrix printers and this seemed to be the only graphics. I use to see so much cute stuff. Thanks for the memories. I want a post from you today/tomorrow with some times from a run. Get out and do it! If not, I will have to send you a nasty-gram
How cute is that?!!
