Anyone remember this girl? She runs with her club and beats all the ugly, negative thoughts down. Many people have borrowed her club for particularly difficult runs. I heard she might be making a comeback....

- I started blogging when I started running, and I fell in love with both. I was not a good runner, not even an average runner!! However, life at the back of the pack brought out the best in me! I'm not terribly used to being so bad at something, but it forced me to develop a persistence and positivity that suited me well. I even ran through the pain of torn cartilage for several months. I've had some issues trying to get through the injury, and two surgeries later, I'm still dealing with it. I'm not running right now, but I decided I can stand to get the attitude back. The Cavegirl Returns!!

Oh, I so appreciate your recent comment. I have to say, there's no pattern to it(migraines). Sometimes I'll go for like five months, not a single touch of it, then like bam bam twice in a month or something like that. It's all different. Like this year, the last time I had one was back in early spring. I have a feeling it has to do with a nerve getting pinched or something...like when my upper & neck goes out. I just started keeping a log...so we'll see.
She DEFINITELY needs to make a come back!! ;-)

BTW...I dont live near a retirement home ;) They probably are the ones able to work out at 9am :D
